• Someone who’s genuinely curious about how things work and loves building from the ground up
• Experience designing reliable, production-ready mechanical systems — ideally products that have shipped at scale
• Strong understanding of mechanisms, actuators, and precision assemblies
• Thrives in fast-paced, hands-on environments and isn’t afraid to get into the details to make things work
