🔧 What You’ll Do
Support research and development projects from concept through implementation
Assist with product design, testing, and validation activities
Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to improve products and processes
Analyze test data and recommend design or process improvements
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and technical problem-solving
🎯 What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field)
Experience in engineering roles such as testing, product design, manufacturing, or process engineering
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Hands-on mindset with a willingness to learn
Ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment
