Who We Are:
We are a high-growth manufacturer specializing in sheet metal fabrication, welding, machining, coatings, and the design and build of turnkey mechanical systems. In addition to full system integration and production, we design custom equipment and collaborate with customers to refine and optimize their product designs. Our capabilities include UL 508A industrial control panels and electrical assemblies as part of broader engineered solutions.
Our capabilities are organized into five strategic verticals: Engineered Plant Equipment, OEM Equipment, Data Infrastructure, Defense & Secure Facility Components, Exhaust Systems, and Contract Manufacturing.
What You’ll Do:
As a Mechanical Engineer, you’ll be responsible for turning customer ideas into manufacturable designs. You will design, improve, troubleshoot, and help streamline how sheet metal projects move from concept to finished product.
Daily Tasks:
Design and develop 3D models, assemblies, and detailed drawings using CAD tools (Inventor)
Develop designs that are efficient, accurate, and manufacturable
Produce clear, thorough drawings and specifications to ensure alignment across teams
Support production by designing parts that are easy to fabricate, minimizing waste and delays
Anticipate and solve fabrication challenges before they impact production
Collaborate across teams including sales, quality, production, and operations
Continuously improve processes and help standardize best practices
Manage drawings and documentation in compliance with AS9100
What You Bring:
Mechanical Engineering degree (or related field) with ~5 years of experience
Proficiency in CAD software (Inventor preferred)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Experience with manufacturing processes, especially sheet metal and welding
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Why Join:
Be part of a culture rooted in safety, precision, and continuous improvement
Drive meaningful change in a hands-on, results-focused environment
Join a fast-growing organization building strong systems from the ground up
Competitive pay, benefits, and long-term growth opportunities
