Location: Wheatland, PA

1st Shift | Direct Hire

Salary: 90,000-110,000k

I’m partnering with a growing fabrication and manufacturing company in Wheatland, PA that is expanding through acquisitions and organic growth. They are looking for a Mechanical Engineer / Draftsman to lead engineering design and product development initiatives.
This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys being hands-on with design while also influencing manufacturing efficiency and process improvement.

What they’re looking for:
• 4–5+ years of mechanical or design engineering experience
• Strong SolidWorks experience (Simulation / FEA preferred)
• Experience creating BOMs and supporting purchasing
• Manufacturing environment background (welding, structural, mechanical design)
• Lean / Six Sigma knowledge is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

You’ll be responsible for product layouts, design calculations, prototype development, process improvements, and collaborating cross-functionally with sales, manufacturing, and purchasing.
