We leverage advanced technologies including PLCs, HMIs, robotics, vision systems, and integrated third-party equipment to deliver high-performance solutions tailored to our customers’ needs. We pride ourselves on a team-oriented, fast-paced environment where innovation, quality, and continuous improvement are at the core of what we do.
Position Overview
In this role, you will support the design and development of mechanical components, assemblies, and custom machinery, working alongside experienced engineers from concept through production and build. You’ll gain exposure to the full lifecycle of projects while contributing to designs, documentation, and hands-on build support.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the design of custom automated assembly equipment and mechanical systems
Create and modify 3D models, assemblies, and detail drawings using SolidWorks
Develop and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and supporting documentation
Ensure accuracy of drawings and documentation for manufacturing release
Support machine builds, assembly, and debugging efforts on the production floor
Work with manufacturing to improve designs for usability and efficiency
Collaborate with engineers, designers, and cross-functional teams on project work
Support updates through engineering changes and revisions
Learn and apply best practices in machine design, drafting, and manufacturing processes
What We’re Looking For
2–3 years of mechanical design or related engineering experience
Proficiency in SolidWorks (or similar 3D CAD software)
Basic understanding of mechanical design principles and drafting standards (GD&T preferred)
Exposure to machine design, automation, or manufacturing environments is a plus
Familiarity with mechanical components such as motors, sensors, pneumatics, etc. is helpful, but not required
Key Traits for Success
Strong team player who collaborates well and communicates effectively
Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and grow within the role
A proactive, hands-on mindset with a “no task too small” attitude
Ability to manage tasks and follow through in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and strong alignment with a team-first culture
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME/MSME) or related field preferred
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in the design of automated assembly equipment (or closely related machinery)
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
Must be able to access and inspect all areas of machinery.
Why Join Us?
Great opportunity to grow your engineering career with hands-on experience
