Throughout the years of innovation, we’ve developed numerous patented industrial coolant filtration products that are used all over the world. We bring our products to life using 3D software to demonstrate to our customers real-life representations which have aided in our focus to provide superior customer focus and service.
The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for creating equipment drawings and design concepts with guidance from senior engineering staff. The Mechanical Engineer will also create and publish technical documentation and manuals for equipment.
Roles And Responsibilities
Perform routine design changes and improvements to rotating equipment. Specifically, assignments or projects with axillary equipment including controllers, oilers, and electrical systems
Design robust and cost-effective improvements of assigned products with an emphasis on engineering, problem solving, customer needs, and situational climate
Develop specific engineered solutions for customer projects
Write and edit technical manuals including coordinating with stakeholders to obtain appropriate documentation
Cost reduction leadership (interacts with manufacturing, marketing, and engineering) to reduce costs
Implement best practices for design, drafting, manufacturing, and sales
Required Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
3+ years of experience in a mechanical engineering or design engineering role
Demonstrated skills in mechanical design with a knowledge of mechanical systems and principles
Experience with drafting software such as SolidWorks or Autodesk Inventor
Knowledge of stress analysis and materials selection
A familiarity with a wide variety of fabrication, machining, and manufacturing methods
Understanding of streamlining engineering processes, implementing products, and process improvements
Ability to travel domestically on occasion
Ability to lift parts with or without assistance up to 30lbs
