Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive Junior Mechanical Engineer to join our engineering team. You will support senior engineers across the full product lifecycle—assisting with 3D CAD modeling, design verification, prototyping, and technical documentation for complex mechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design & CAD Modeling: Create and update 3D CAD models, assemblies, and 2D manufacturing drawings using tools like SolidWorks, Creo, or NX.
Engineering Analysis: Perform basic structural, thermal, and tolerance stack-up calculations to validate design ideas.
Prototyping & Testing: Support hands-on assembly, physical testing, and root-cause troubleshooting for engineering prototypes.
Documentation & Quality: Prepare Bill of Materials (BOMs), Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), and test reports in compliance with industry standards.
Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams in manufacturing, quality, and project management to ensure seamless project delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or a related discipline from an accredited university.
Experience: 0–2 years of professional, co-op, or internship experience in mechanical design.
CAD Proficiency: Hands-on experience with 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, PTC Creo, Siemens NX, or CATIA).
Engineering Basics: Solid understanding of core principles (statics, dynamics, materials science, thermodynamics).
Drafting: Basic familiarity with GD&T standards (ANSI/ASME).
Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving, clear communication, and an eager-to-learn mindset.
What We Offer:
Exposure to top-tier enterprise clients and high-impact engineering projects.
Structured mentorship and continuous learning opportunities.
