Mechanical Engineer

Job Title: Mechanical engineer
Location: Loudon, TN

• Independently manage end‑to‑end engineering projects for Marine Industries
• Handle diverse marine products including metal parts, towers, flooring, and board racks
• Create and execute project schedules, track milestones and vendor progress
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, leadership, and engineering teams
• Develop product quotes, manufacturing plans, and production requirements
• Lead project reviews, approvals, and technical communications
• Support prototype, pre‑production, and sample builds with detailed documentation
• Perform mechanical product design, CAD modelling, and engineering drawings
• Apply GD&T standards and manage BOMs and engineering changes
• Provide hands‑on manufacturing and process engineering support
• Execute process selection, tooling/fixture design, and DFMA analysis
• Contribute to business justification, customer discussions, and growth initiatives
