Mechanical Design Engineer (Starlink Production)

Design and develop structures, mechanisms, and automation equipment for high-volume production.
Demonstrate ownership of projects from concept to production.
Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with flight design and production teams.
Solve complex problems efficiently.
Coordinate with internal and external resources while maintaining schedules and budgets.
Assemble and commission designed equipment.
Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
At least 1 year of experience in designing mechanical systems with CAD software.
Experience with structural design and analysis.
Familiarity with custom machine design and manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of drafting standards and GD&T.
Hands-on machining experience with common manufacturing machines.
Experience with finite element analysis tools.
