Required Skills & Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Design Engineering.
2–5 years of experience in mechanical product or automation equipment design.
Strong proficiency in SolidWorks (3D modeling, assemblies, and drafting).
Experience in FEA, motion simulation, and mechanical system analysis.
In-depth understanding of mechanical design principles, material selection, and tolerance analysis.
Hands-on experience in component selection (motors, bearings, fasteners, pneumatics, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Strong ownership, time management, and ability to handle design-to-deployment independently.
Preferred Attributes
Experience in automation or packaging machinery design.
Knowledge of sustainability or lightweight material applications.
Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and vendor management.
Innovative mindset with attention to detail and speed of execution.
