Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team, responsible for designing and developing specialized machinery and equipment for our SPM line. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement mechanical systems that meet our customers' requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Design and Development: Design and develop mechanical systems, including machinery and equipment, for our SPM line.
Conceptual Design: Create conceptual designs and proposals for new machinery and equipment.
Detailed Design: Develop detailed designs, including 2D and 3D CAD models, and engineering specifications.
Testing and Validation: Collaborate with the testing team to validate design performance and identify areas for improvement.
Design for Manufacturability: Ensure designs are manufacturable, efficient, and cost effective.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and manufacturing, to ensure designs meet customer requirements.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of design decisions, calculations, and testing results.
Requirements
Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in the SPM industry.
Technical Skills: Proficient in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor), FEA, and CFD analysis tools.
Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex mechanical systems. Preferred
