You’ll work hands-on in SolidWorks and collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Project Management to deliver reliable, cost-effective solutions that contribute to EMIT’s long-term growth.
Key Accountabilities
Develop and maintain mechanical designs, including SolidWorks models, drawings, and related documentation
Ensure designs meet performance, quality, safety, and manufacturability standards prior to release to production
Apply and follow established CAD standards, part libraries, revision control practices, and documentation requirements
Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and aligned with manufacturing capabilities
Support Project Managers by providing design input, technical feedback, and timeline estimates throughout the project lifecycle
