We are looking for a Fixture Design Engineer – Mechanical to work on advanced semiconductor manufacturing tools and drive high-quality mechanical design solutions.

πŸ”‘ Your Role
As a Mechanical Design Engineer – Fixtures, you will:
Own fixture and mechanical system design across pilot, integration, and high-volume manufacturing (HVM)
Drive end-to-end mechanical development: requirements, concept design, detailed engineering, and lifecycle support
Develop complex fixture designs using Siemens NX and/or PTC Creo
Apply first-principles engineering for structural behavior, tolerances, and material selection
Perform engineering calculations to ensure robust mechanical performance
Implement Design for Excellence (DFx): manufacturability, reliability, serviceability, and scalability
Lead Design Development Reviews (DDR) and manage technical risks
Work closely with manufacturing teams, test engineers, and suppliers
Ensure compliance with SEMI standards and quality requirements
βœ… Must-Have Skills
4–6 years of experience in Mechanical Fixture Design
Strong hands-on experience with NX or Creo
Solid understanding of:
GD&T
Mechanical design principles
Structural behavior & tolerancing
Experience in semiconductor / precision engineering / advanced manufacturing domains (preferred)
Strong problem-solving & analytical skills
Excellent stakeholder communication
⭐ Good to Have
Experience with Simcenter 3D for structural analysis
Exposure to Design for Manufacturing & Assembly (DFMA)
Client-facing or presales experience

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
