We are hiring a Mechanical Deployment Engineer to focus on the design, development, and validation of deployment mechanisms for orbital platforms. This role is critical in ensuring reliable operation of moving hardware in space environments.

You will work across the full lifecycle, from concept through testing and integration.

Responsibilities
Develop and validate deployment mechanisms and associated hardware
Plan and execute environmental and functional testing campaigns
Support integration of mechanisms into spacecraft systems
Provide feedback on design for manufacturability and assembly efficiency
Investigate anomalies, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions
Support production and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications
Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent)
Experience with moving or deployment mechanisms preferred
Hands-on testing and troubleshooting experience
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
