The Material Flow Planner is responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of materials to the production floor in alignment with operational plans. It acts as a key link between production, planning, logistics, and warehouse teams, managing material availability, resolving shortages, and supporting day-to-day operations through SAP and data-driven analysis. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving to maintain smooth and uninterrupted production processes
Key Responsabilities:
- Support material ordering to the production floor in line with operational planning requirements
- Manage and resolve material shortages to ensure continuous production flow
- Execute SWAP activities and configuration changes as required
- Oversee material location management, including handling disqualified materials and technical statuses
- Monitor and prioritize end-to-end material flow processes—from request initiation through completion
- Generate reports and perform ongoing control checks using multiple systems and interfaces
- Provide operational support to production line managers and planners in managing raw material flow
- Work daily with SAP for material ordering, tracking, and process management
- Identify operational gaps and implement solutions to improve efficiency
- Act as a central point of contact for production and planning teams, providing status updates and tracking requests
- Collaborate closely with logistics, warehouse teams, and production staff
Requirements
- High level of English (reading and writing) – mandatory
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) – mandatory
- University degree or even Associate's Degree (Post Diploma with solid experience).
- Previous experience in operational/logistics roles – advantage
- Experience with SAP – advantage
- Strong service orientation and organizational skills
- High sense of responsibility and ownership
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

NoThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
