Join Micron's Photolithography Manufacturing Engineering team and apply your outstanding skills to advanced technology. As a High-Volume Manufacturing Shift Process Lead in Photolithography, you will lead a team towards flawless operations and world-class performance within a collaborative and innovative environment. In this people-oriented role, you will develop a growing team and gain cross-functional exposure while driving high operational impact in the Photolithography process area supporting our critical high-volume manufacturing ramp. This is a shift position rotating 3-4 days off a week.
Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a high performing team of 8-12 Technicians and Engineers, ensuring a safe, compliant, and ethical work environment.
Manage individual performance and accountability while promoting collaboration across teams.
Coordinate Photolithography area performance, staffing, assignment of priorities, addressing operational issues and tool time.
Track and optimize area quality, manage deviations, verify the accuracy of procedures, and direct continuous improvement projects integrating AI in daily work.
Lead tactical ownership of material flow and WIP through the Photolithography area.
Serve as the primary contact for safety, emergency response, and operational issues impacting area efficiency, line performance, and cycle time.
Minimum Qualifications:
Semiconductor engineering related bachelor’s degree plus at least 2 years of Photolithography process engineering or manufacturing area experience.
Minimum 2 years of proven leadership experience supervising technical and engineering employees, spotting inefficiencies, and integrating optimization initiatives.
Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Power BI and Tableau required, SQL strongly preferred.
Experience with tactical ownership and the ability to prioritize, advance and resolve issues.
Ability to work 12-hour shifts rotating days/nights every 4 months required, as well as ability to coordinate with fabs across global time zones.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience ensuring safe work practices, legal, and procedural requirements.
Strong communication skills and proven track record collaborating across teams and varying levels of leadership.
Demonstrated experience coordinating Photolithography area operations, monitoring area performance, and making informed decisions using process and equipment knowledge.
Experience driving improvement initiatives, audits and quality investigations in a process area.
Interest or experience developing Agentic AI workflows for lot dispositioning and overall Photolithography area performance and efficiencies.
