Creare develops innovative high-technology products for a variety of

customers and marketplaces. Our manufacturing engineers lead production

on a wide range of projects, including turbo machines for power

generation, miniature vacuum pumps used in space exploration platforms,

power electronics for military applications, and orbital electronic

assemblies. Our manufacturing group supports projects throughout their

lifespan, from the design phase through prototyping and production of

deliverable hardware meeting stringent application requirements.

Manufacturing engineers work closely with Creares research and

development teams to provide valuable technical guidance to improve

system designs and manufacturing processes. We invite you to join the

engineering, and quality assurance knowledge in our exciting R&D and

product development environment.

Specific Duties Include

Work with internal and external resources to fabricate and assemble

hardware

Configure, refine, and maintain electronic production management

system

Identify opportunities and implement changes to streamline processes
Recommend appropriate fabrication methods for specified requirements

and production quantities

Estimate and manage cost and schedule for fabrication activities and

communicate status to project leaders

Optimize fabrication schedules while considering technical risk and

overall timeline

Work closely with quality assurance to ensure all project

requirements are met and documented appropriately

Provide input during the design phase to improve manufacturability

and ensure requirements are met

Provide input regarding the need for additional resources
