Manufacturing Engineer, Components Test

Build expertise in manufacturing and acceptance test processes for satellite electrical components.
Spearhead New Product Introduction (NPI) of PCBA assemblies into production.
Evaluate non-conforming hardware and lead root cause investigations.
Partner with engineering teams to design and validate integrated test systems and fixtures.
Identify and implement improvements in design and processes to optimize yield and performance.
Ensure compliance with safety and configuration management standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturability and reduce defects.
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or computer engineering, physics, or related STEM discipline.
1+ years of experience in manufacturing, testing, or design of electronic products or hardware.
Master’s degree preferred in engineering, math, or science.
High-volume manufacturing experience, especially in aerospace or automotive.
Knowledge of environmental testing and reliability engineering methods.
Proficiency in programming languages and CAD/PLM software.
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
