Manual Test Engineer

We are seeking a Junior Tester with minimum 4 years of experience in manual testing across
web, mobile, and desktop platforms. The ideal candidate should have an understanding
of SDLC and STLC, hands-on experience with test case design, defect tracking, and a
keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for executing test cases, reporting defects,
and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and adherence
to testing standards.

Working days : Monday to Friday

Roles & Responsibilities

 Execute manual test cases across iOS, Android, and Windows platforms
 Design, develop, and maintain test cases and test plans based on functional and
business requirements
 Conduct functional, regression, smoke, sanity, exploratory, integration, and
system testing
 Perform app lifecycle testing: install, upgrade, relaunch, and permission handling
 Log and track defects in Azure DevOps with clear reproduction steps and
severity classification
 Analyze requirements and create Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM)
 Collaborate with developers and product teams
 Participate in sprint ceremonies and QA planning sessions
 Ensure adherence to testing processes and quality standards
 Provide feedback on usability, connectivity, and performance
 Document test results and deliver concise testing reports

Technical Skills Required
Testing Techniques:
 Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Exploratory, Integration, and System
Testing
 UI/UX validation across platforms
 Compatibility testing across OS versions and hardware models
 Defect logging and severity classification
 Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC

Tools & Utilities:

 Microsoft Azure DevOps (Boards, Test Plans, Pipelines)
 Bug tracking tools
 API testing for device communication
 JSON file validation
 Basic SQL for backend data checks
