Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position in Enumclaw, WA, for a Machinist and Programmer. The role involves operating, programming, and maintaining CNC and manual machines to produce high-precision components. Responsibilities include blueprint reading, setting up machines, programming and troubleshooting CNC equipment, conducting quality checks, and ensuring compliance with production standards.
We work four 10's M-Th 5am-3:30pm with Friday's are open for OT.

Qualifications
Proficiency in CNC programming and operation, including G-code and CAM software
Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
Knowledge of quality inspection tools and techniques, such as micrometers and calipers
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for optimizing machining processes
Attention to detail and commitment to precision and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented small manufacturing environment
