Legal Engineer
We’re working with an exciting legal tech business that is growing rapidly and looking to hire a customer-facing Legal Engineer based in the USA.
This is a remote opportunity with occasional client travel and would suit someone who enjoys working directly with in-house legal teams, helping them improve contracting and legal operations workflows through technology and AI.
The role sits at the intersection of legal operations, implementation, customer success and legal tech consulting. You’ll work closely with customers from onboarding through to adoption, helping them embed the platform into day-to-day legal processes and ensuring they achieve measurable value from the solution.
Suitable candidates must have delivered end-to-end CLM implementations, either from a legal operations background or within a consultancy or legal tech vendor environment.
Key areas of responsibility include:
• Leading customer onboarding and training
• Managing implementation and configuration projects
• Supporting adoption and change management initiatives
• Delivering product demonstrations to prospective and existing clients
• Working closely with legal teams to understand operational challenges and workflows
• Feeding customer insight back into product and commercial teams
Please only apply if you have:
• Proven experience delivering full CLM implementations from discovery through to go-live and post-launch support
• Experience working within legal tech, legal operations or in-house legal environments
• Strong understanding of commercial contracting processes
• Confidence working directly with senior stakeholders and customers
• Excellent communication skills
• A proactive, adaptable approach suited to a fast-paced growth environment
• Curiosity around AI and modern legal technology
The company are offering a competitive salary, and benefits package as well as a performance related bonus and good scope to progress your career.
Candidates for this role need to have the right to work in the USA as the hiring company are unable to offer any form of visa sponsorship.
