Learning Technology Engineer

What You’ll Do
This role sits at the intersection of learning technology, automation, and engineering operations. You’ll help develop and support technical learning tools, AI-driven solutions, and workflow automation platforms used across a global engineering organization.
Responsibilities
Build and support internal learning applications and tools using Python and Microsoft Power Platform
Develop AI-driven solutions and automation tools to improve the learner experience
Create and maintain workflows using Power Automate and related Microsoft technologies
Support LMS and SharePoint environments, including integrations and system improvements
Partner with engineering teams to identify training and technical learning needs
Coordinate technical training initiatives, deployment activities, and user support
Assist with reporting, analytics, and data management related to learning systems
Support continuous improvement initiatives for learning technology platforms
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Technology, Data Analytics, or related field
2+ years of experience in technology, systems support, automation, application development, or related areas
Experience with Python or scripting for automation and data processing
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting LMS or learning technology platforms
SharePoint Online administration or customization experience
Exposure to APIs, SQL, Power BI, or cloud platforms (Azure/GCP)
Experience working with AI tools, automation workflows, or internal productivity applications
Understanding of SCORM or LMS integrations
