The Work
We are seeking an experienced RF/Analog/Mixed Signal (AMS) IC design engineer to join our Integrated Circuits Design team in Moorestown NJ. The successful candidate will develop concept, design, test, and release to production the innovative integrated circuits solutions for defense applications. In this role, you will be involved with project leadership throughout the entire product development cycle and will interface with customers, various engineering disciplines, vendors and suppliers.

Ability to work remotely
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
- Must have a BSEE OR BSCE or other relevant technical degree from an accredited university / college.
- Ability to obtain a secret clearance is required.
- Minimum 10 years of industry experience in RF/Analog/Mixed Signal integrated circuit schematic capture, simulation, and layout using Cadence and or Synopsis EDA tools is required.
- Strong RF skills using Keysight ADS, AWR or similar RF simulation platforms is required.
- Technical and program leadership is required to assist IPTLs and PMs
- The ability to collaborate effectively is required.

The Work
We are seeking an experienced RF/Analog/Mixed Signal (AMS) IC design engineer to join our Integrated Circuits Design team in Moorestown NJ. The successful candidate will develop concept, design, test, and release to production the innovative integrated circuits solutions for defense applications. In this role, you will be involved with project leadership throughout the entire product development cycle and will interface with customers, various engineering disciplines, vendors and suppliers.
- The engineer will have the opportunity to become a part of our maturing RF/AMS team that is developing on state of the art Bi-CMOS, SiGe-CMOS, GaAs, GaN, InP technology nodes.
- The engineer will have the opportunity to implement RF and Analog design blocks for implementation of novel Systems-on-Chip (SOC) functions.
- The engineer will have the opportunity to perform High density large scale RF and or analog IC work.
- The engineer will have the opportunity to work on and collaborate with cross functional teams with other engineering disciplines.
- The engineer will have the opportunity to mentor less experienced engineers.
- The engineer will have the opportunity to attend industry conferences and to keep up-to-date on related industry best practices and technological advancements.

Desired Skills
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 14 years or more of professional experience; or 12 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree; or 9 years of professional experience with a related PhD.
- Transistor level trade study and modeling for RF/analog/mixed signal circuits.
- Documentation of requirements, simulation, and verification in support of design assurance and reuse.
- Post-layout and top-level simulation for verification.
- Development of verification plans for next higher assembly integration.
- Strong RF Simulation skills using Keysight ADS and or AWR simulation platforms
- Strong Hspice analog circuit analysis skills inclusive of statistical design variations.
- Use of standard lab equipment, i.e. oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and etc.
