Job Title: Guidewire Lead Developer
Location: Greenville, SC (5 Days Onsite)
Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Guidewire Lead Developer with strong expertise in PolicyCenter and BillingCenter. The role involves designing, developing, and supporting Guidewire-based insurance solutions while leading technical implementation and ensuring high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead development and customization of Guidewire applications (PolicyCenter & BillingCenter)
Design and implement business rules, workflows, and integrations
Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Provide technical guidance to the development team and review code quality
Handle production support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
Ensure adherence to Guidewire best practices and architecture standards
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter and BillingCenter
Solid understanding of Guidewire architecture, data model, and configuration
Experience with Gosu programming language
Experience in integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, messaging)
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Preferred Skills
Guidewire certifications (PolicyCenter/BillingCenter)
Experience in Insurance domain (P&C preferred)
Exposure to Guidewire Cloud is a plus
