Honeywell Aerospace is hiring an analog Electrical Engineer with Systems experience in our Redmond, WA facility. This position will be responsible for the design of new products, as well as support of existing products in our high-performance accelerometer portfolio. Responsibilities will encompass architecture generation through detailed design and verification testing. A successful candidate will have a broad background in analog electrical engineering, as well as the ability to work closely with mechanical, systems, and manufacturing functions.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and test of analog circuits and systems
Analysis to support flow down requirements to various subsystems
Execute project subtasks by following established engineering methodologies for new hardware development
Perform simulations, data analysis, define test procedures, and review results to determine compliance to requirements
Assemble and present material for Preliminary and Critical Design Reviews
Consult with suppliers to ensure product and project compliance
Drive new product development to schedule and budget
Status reporting to senior technical staff, upper management, and customers
Qualifications
US CITIZEN REQUIREMENT
Must be a US citizen due to contractual requirements
Must have the ability to obtain a Secret clearance
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelors in Electrical Engineering
Minimum of ten years of related engineering experience with analog circuits
WE VALUE
Masters or PhD
Demonstrated experience with analog circuitry and precision electronics
Good understanding of fundamental physics
Experience with Linear Systems Analysis and Signal Processing
Laplace Transforms and Fourier Analysis
Digital Signal Processing
Z Transform and Digital Filter Design
Experience with Numerical Data Analysis
Regression and curve fitting
Finite difference methods
Experience with Matlab, Simulink, and Spice design tools
Knowledge and/or experience with the design and testing of precision accelerometers
Ability to consistently make timely decisions while balancing risk
Familiar with Six Sigma Methods
Demonstrate excellent oral, written communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in use of Office Suite of programs: Word, Excel, Power Point, Project

The annual base salary range for this position is . Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
