About The Gig
Own end-to-end Design Verification Testing (DVT) for all major EV subsystems including MCU, DC-DC, Charger, BMS, Battery, BCM and HMI.
Define and execute lean yet effective DVT plans in a fast-paced startup environment.
Build and execute hands-on test setups, benches, and jigs for electrical, thermal and EMI validation.
Lead failure analysis, root cause investigations, and drive design fixes with hardware and firmware teams.
Prepare, review and present engineering test reports detailing performance parameters as required and documented in the test plan(s)
Participate in engineering test plan and xFMEA discussions to provide insights on failure modes and corner case tests that must be included in test plans
Own pre-compliance testing and prepare products for ARAI / ICAT / EMI-EMC certification.
