Roles & Responsibilities:
Perform stack-up analysis & design hand calculations.
Conceptual and detailed design of aero engine components using conventional hand calculations.
Interact with customer as needed on task status at a technical standpoint.
Evaluate product non-conformances and provide engineering recommendation for aero engine parts.
Required Skills:
Sound knowledge in Mechanical design fundamentals, Engineering concepts and applications.
Rich experience working on aero engine parts in the areas of compressors and turbines.
Sound understand in of the build and functionality of aero engine and sub-modules.
Strong Knowledge of GD&T application and able to perform Complex Tolerance stack-up analysis.
Capability to understand and interpret structural analysis results.
Has the experience of interacting with customer to solve critical problems.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
An excellent team player
Desired Skills:
Exposure to manufactured process and deviation resolutions
Modeling and drafting skills in any of the CAD tools.
Highly proficient in MS Office Tools
