Job Description
Must-Have Skills
Factory layout design (2D/3D layouts, block layouts)
Material flow optimization (inbound, WIP, outbound logistics)
Site master planning & infrastructure design
PFEP, warehouse design, and material handling systems
Capacity planning (OEE, takt time, cycle time, line balancing)
Data-driven layout analytics & performance metrics
Tools: Inventor / AutoCAD / Revit / similar design tools
Cross-functional stakeholder management
Must-Have Experience
7+ years in factory layout / industrial engineering / manufacturing systems
Experience in large-scale manufacturing environments (automotive, energy, heavy industry)
Proven work in site planning, factory ramp-up, and layout execution
Exposure to facility design, logistics flow, and construction coordination
