Seeking an Expert PCB Layout Designer with proven experience designing complex, high-performance PCBs
.Required Experience
.High layer-count PCB design
.High-speed signal routing (DDR, PCIe, Ethernet, SerDes, etc.)
.High-voltage/high-current power delivery
.Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) best practices
.DFM/DFA and manufacturing support
.Tools
.Cadence Allegro 22.1
.Constraint Manager
.Advanced routing and layout expertise
.End-to-end design flow knowledge
.Valor experience is a plus
.Responsibilities
.Own PCB layout from concept through manufacturing release
.Collaborate with Hardware, SI/PI, Mechanical, and Manufacturing teams
.Implement routing constraints and design rules
.Support design reviews, prototyping, and production builds
.Ideal Background
.Experience supporting complex products in networking, telecommunications, aerospace, defense, industrial, or high-performance computing environments
