We’re increasing our Sales Team and we're looking for a Junior Technical Engineer (M/F/D) to join our team in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Ensuring the maintenance and updating of data and technical documentation to support the quality control of raw materials, finished products, and packaging
Ensuring the correct management of master data in the system (SAP or equivalent), as well as supporting the handling of complaints and monitoring of departmental projects
Executing, monitoring, and interpreting laboratory tests and trials, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and technical solutions
Supporting the analysis of quality data and trends, proposing preventive and corrective actions based on critical thinking and structured methodologies
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (production, purchasing, R&D, sales, and logistics) to ensure technical compliance, operational efficiency, and high customer satisfaction.
Executing tests and writing reports regarding substrate analysis and competitive adhesive requests.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemical, Materials Science, Industrial or related fields)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical roles, preferably in the areas of quality control, continuous improvement, production, purchasing, or research and development
Good knowledge of written and spoken English (required)
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems (valued)
High analytical skills, critical thinking, and technical rigor
Demonstrated skills in structured problem-solving (e.g., 5 Whys, Ishikawa, PDCA, DMAIC — valued)
Proactive, autonomous, and with a strong focus on internal and external clients
