Junior Developer

We are looking for a Junior Developer to join our IT team on‑site in Orem, Utah. This is an excellent opportunity for an early‑career developer to gain hands‑on experience, grow their technical skills, and work closely with a senior developer in a collaborative, professional environment.

In this role, you’ll assist with the design, development, and maintenance of software applications while learning best practices in coding, testing, and documentation while supporting the team on troubleshooting and ticket handling of the system ( Microsoft NAV/ Business Central).

What You’ll Do
Collaborate with senior developers to design and implement software solutions
Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving software defects
Participate in code reviews to support high‑quality development standards
Contribute to documentation for software designs, requirements, and specifications
Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends
Support IT initiatives that may interface with office and manufacturing systems

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Strong understanding of core programming concepts and principles
Proficiency in at least one programming language
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team
Internship or entry‑level experience in software development

Nice to Have
Exposure to collaborative development tools (version control, ticketing systems, etc.)
