Junior Developer

Position: Junior Developer
Compensation: $75,000 - $110,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Leawood, Kansas

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Design and develop software applications and components
Collaborate with senior developers on new features
Participate in code reviews to improve quality
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
Create and execute unit tests for development tasks
Document application functionality and processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Build foundational knowledge of cloud technologies
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
1-3 years of software development experience
Familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts
Understanding of databases, APIs, and web development
Strong problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn new technologies
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
Exposure to modern programming languages
Experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban
Understanding of algorithms and data structures
