Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Fuquay-Varina, NC. The responsibilities include contributing to the development and implementation of innovative thermal management solutions. Daily tasks involve collaboration with cross-functional teams, assisting in design and optimization processes, managing project timelines, and ensuring product quality. The role may also include providing technical support, conducting performance testing, and communicating findings effectively to stakeholders.

Qualifications
Proficiency in thermal management, solid-state cooling, or related engineering fields
Experience with design, optimization, and testing of thermal technologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline
Experience in data center or AI infrastructure projects is a plus
