Candidate in this role will have ownership of productizing High-Speed IO, Mixed Signal IP’s - ensuring testability, evaluating silicon, optimizing yield/performance & feedback to design.

We are open to hiring in Austin, TX; Palo Alto, CA.

What You'll Do

Set up test plans for High-Speed IO and Mixed Signal IP’s in the SOC
Work with design to ensure relevant IP testability hooks are implemented
Define IP related test hardware design specifications for wafer probe and final test
NPI development of different tests including loopbacks, analog parametric tests
Own production test content, limits to ensure IP functionality, performance & yield
Establish calibration/trim routines, correlate system effectiveness


What You'll Bring

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or or releated fields, or equivalent experience
5-10 years of related experience in characterization of High-Speed IO PHYs such as DDR, PCIE, SerDes, UFS
5-10 years of related experience in characterization of Mixed Signal IPs such as PLL, Temp Sensor, Voltage/Droop detector
Experience in silicon data processing, statistical analysis, scripting for automation
Experience in correlating IP parametric data between ATE & bench/system
Hands on experience of Advantest/Teradyne ATE platforms is a bonus

Expected Compensation

$160,000 - $312,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
