About the Company
Our clients is building a blockchain-based payment system powering real-time, 24/7 movement of digital money across the traditional finance and digital asset ecosystems. They’re a pre-launch startup that is creating an entirely new category of financial infrastructure that brings cash on chain through tokenization while powering the full spectrum of payments for banks, digital asset exchanges and the customers they serve!

They are seeking a Product Integration Engineer on the Product team to be the hands-on technical partner who guides their bank partners from "signed" to "fully integrated and live." You will sit with each bank's engineering, operations, and digital channels teams and translate the company's product surface—their integration APIs, the company Wallet end-user experience, and the admin portal—into a working integration on their stack. You own the build: the discovery, the integration design, the sandbox flows, and the day-to-day technical guidance that gets a bank to production.

The Role
This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who is equally comfortable in an API spec, in a sandbox debugging a webhook, and in front of a bank's treasury and operations leads explaining how tokenized deposits move. You will be the ongoing technical point of contact for each integrating bank's technical teams—mapping their core systems and digital banking platforms to the company's architecture, guiding them through API integrations, advising on embedding the Company Wallet into their customer channels, and enabling their operations teams to run day-to-day on the Network’s admin portal.

This is a deeply cross-functional role. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you will work day-to-day across Product, Engineering, Risk and Compliance, and Operations internally—and across each bank's engineering, operations, treasury, and digital channels teams externally. You will support the integration of their product platform in their bank partners’ environments while also understanding and adding their needs to the roadmap. This role is not suited to candidates expecting a mature playbook to inherit; you will help build the integration practice—reference flows, test plans, and documentation—from the ground up as the Network scales from its first Design Partner Banks to broad participation.

What You’ll Do
Guide CAPI Integration End-to-End: Lead bank engineering teams through their integration with the [Company] API integration layer from high-level architecture down to the request payload. Advise on authentication, idempotency, webhook handling, error and retry behavior, and reconciliation. Build and demonstrate proof-of-concept integrations, create bank-specific test plans, and walk teams through full workflows in sandbox.
Advise on [Company] Wallet Experience Delivery: Partner with banks adopting the [Company] Wallet to plan how the end-user experience integrates into their digital banking channels and platforms. Advise on customer and wallet provisioning, wallet and account state handling, and the technical and UX considerations of bringing the wallet to their customers.
Enable Operations on [Company] Hub: Advise bank administrators and operations teams on using the [Company] Hub portal day-to-day, including role and access setup so the right teams can operate, monitor, and self-serve.
Own the Path to Live: Serve as the primary, ongoing technical point of contact for each bank's technical teams. Run structured discovery to understand their goals and constraints, develop a bank-specific integration plan, surface integration risks before they become blockers, resolve integration issues, and own technical escalations through to production go-live.
Feed Learnings Back Into the Product: Bring field feedback to Product and Engineering on a regular cadence—what banks are asking for, blocking on, or confused by—and translate integration friction, workflow gaps, and technical constraints into actionable product input that shapes the roadmap.
Build the Integration Practice: Create the reusable artifacts that turn one-off engagements into a scalable practice—reference integrations, integration guides, runbooks, test plans, and a growing knowledge base of common patterns, questions, and approaches. Help establish how the company brings every new bank to live.

What They’re Looking For
U.S.-based, with ability to travel up to 25%
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
5+ years in integration engineering, solutions engineering, technical implementation, or developer-facing professional services—ideally serving banks, other regulated financial institutions, or fintech infrastructure
Strong, hands-on technical fluency with RESTful APIs
Ability to write code (in programming languages like Javascript) and quickly debug user code snippets.
A customer-first, consultative approach—able to map a partner's business and technical requirements into a reliable integration, and to lead technical conversations with engineering, operations, and treasury stakeholders at the same table
A highly collaborative, cross-functional operator—comfortable working across Product, Engineering, Risk, and Operations internally and across multiple bank teams externally, and translating fluently between technical and business audiences
Strong technical writing skills, with a track record of producing clear integration guidance, documentation, and runbooks
Working knowledge of how money moves between institutions and how banks integrate new payment rails; familiarity with message standards (ISO 20022) is a strong plus
Familiarity with major bank cores and digital banking platforms is a plus
Comfort operating in an early-stage environment where the work is demanding, creative, and consequential, and where the playbook is still being written
