Who Are We
Raptee.HV is a full- stack electric motorcycle startup with a very strong technical moat, founded in 2019 by four engineers from Chennai (Ex Tesla, Wipro), working on bringing a no-compromise upgrade motorcycle to an otherwise scooter- only EV market. Raptee is incubated at CIIC & ARAI.
Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Integration & Testing Engineer to support the integration, validation, and testing of electric two-wheeler systems. The role involves bringing together mechanical, electrical, electronics, battery, motor, vehicle control, firmware, and connected systems and ensuring that the complete vehicle meets defined performance, safety, reliability, and quality requirements.
What You'll Do
Diagnose vehicle-level electrical, electronic, software, and system integration issues.
Analyze CAN logs, diagnostic data, DTCs, and test results.
Perform structured root-cause analysis using methods such as 5 Why, Fishbone, and 8D.
Reproduce intermittent and field-related issues and work with design teams for resolution.
Verify fixes through regression testing.
Prepare test plans, test cases, test reports, issue reports, and validation status reports.
Maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, defects, and test results.
Track issues through closure and ensure proper verification of corrective actions.
Maintain vehicle configuration and test build records.
Who Can Apply
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or a related field.
Candidates with exposure or knowledge in EV, automotive electronics, EMS, or Tier-1/Tier-2 automotive suppliers.
Interest in identifying P2P/component benchmarking.
Knowledge of semiconductor and electronic component and dynamics.
Exposure to PCB/PCBA manufacturing, testing, tooling, and yield-related cost drivers.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on testing and benchmarking.
What’s In It For You
Opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Opportunities for professional advancement as the company undergoes expansion.
A culture that fosters collaboration and creativity within the team.
Collaborate closely with seasoned experts in the field.
Gaining an entry point into the field of automobile development.
