Investigate and resolve complex tier-2 support tickets escalated from tier-1 or end users, reproducing issues across integrated systems
Coordinate with engineering teams to troubleshoot integration issues and provide workarounds while permanent fixes are developed
Document known issues, root causes, and resolutions in knowledge base
Monitor application health, support incident response during outages, and proactively identify recurring issues
What You'll Bring
2+ years experience in application support, QA, or business analyst roles
SQL proficiency with ability to write queries to investigate data issues and trace problems across integrated web applications
Understanding of web technologies, API and REST integration concepts, and browser developer tools
Experience with ticketing systems (Jira or similar) and strong documentation skills for bug reports and knowledge articles
