Dial in tests and adjust test limits to achieve accurate, repeatable results while maintaining product quality and reliability.
Collaborate with customers to review, justify, and obtain approval for test limit changes and other ICT program adjustments.
Analyze PCBs at the component level to identify failures, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
Debug ICT programs and troubleshoot issues at board and component level, using a strong understanding of analog and digital electronics.
Read and interpret electrical schematics and design documentation to support test development and debugging activities.
Work with ICT platforms such as HP 3070, line probe systems, and the Paradigm platform to execute and refine test strategies.
Support the development and use of ICT fixtures, working with teams that design and create test fixtures for board-level testing.
Apply knowledge of electronics design and analog design principles to improve test coverage and effectiveness.
Contribute to test plans and test development activities, ensuring that functional and in-circuit tests meet product and customer requirements.
Partner with manufacturing teams in a surface mount technology (SMT) environment to ensure smooth integration of ICT into production processes.
