Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL) is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group with expertise in manufacturing precision components.
Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India’s first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities
Responsible for IQC, IPQC for NTI/NPI activities.
Ensure SPC for critical process are implemented.
Knowledgeable on AQL sampling.
Identify critical processes to implement special check points in the process.
Update control plans and FMEA
Ensure calibration of measurement tools are up to date.
Clear understanding on package reliability (AECQ-100.
Able to drive reliability activities as per the plan to ensure results are published on time.
Essential Attributes
Experience in semiconductor backend processes and reliability.
Good networking with suppliers to obtain efficient support.
Able to understand customer’s requirement.
Good understanding on creating WI, SOP.
Strong presentation skills with excellent networking skills.
Excellent English communication to work with a diverse cross-functional culture.
Able to work under pressure to deliver task on time.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical, Mechanical, or Materials Science Engineering.
Desired Experience Level
Minimum 5+ years of experience in semiconductor packaging.
