We are looking for a skilled Hydraulic Design Engineer to join our team at BJ FLUID POWER in Bangalore.
Responsibilities
Design and develop hydraulic systems and components for industrial and mobile applications
- Prepare hydraulic schematics, drawings, and technical documentation
- Select appropriate hydraulic components (pumps, valves, cylinders, motors, etc.) based on application requirements
- Perform hydraulic system calculations and analysis
- Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, and project teams
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of hydraulic systems
- Ensure designs comply with relevant standards and safety requirements
- Support clients with technical queries and on-site commissioning
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE Mechanical)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hydraulic system design
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic principles, components, and circuit design
- Proficiency in CAD tools and hydraulic simulation software
- Familiarity with industry standards (ISO, DIN, etc.)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
