HVAC Estimator (Remote | Flexible Workload)
We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Estimator to join our growing team. This is a fully remote role. Ideal for someone who wants flexibility.
What You’ll Do
Prepare accurate HVAC estimates for commercial and residential projects
Perform detailed takeoffs using FastEST and FastDUCT
Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and bid documents
Identify scope gaps, risks, and value engineering opportunities
Deliver clean, organized estimates on schedule
What You Bring
Proven experience in HVAC estimating
Proficiency in FastEST and FastDUCT is required
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, ductwork, equipment, and labor
Ability to read and interpret mechanical plans and schedules
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage deadlines independently
