🔧 Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy complex mainframe applications
Work on Hogan Banking product development and enhancements
Contribute to architecture and technical solution design
Collaborate in Agile environments with cross-functional teams
Ensure high-quality deliverables across SDLC phases
✅ Must-Have Skills
5–8 years of experience in:
COBOL, JCL, CICS (Mainframe)
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Hogan applications
4+ years of Banking/Financial domain experience (Mandatory)
Strong experience with:
Software design & development lifecycle
Product development methodologies
Agile frameworks
