Design, develop, test, and maintain complex application software within Hogan Banking systems
Contribute to architecture design and technical solution development
Work across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
Support implementation, deployment, and production stabilization
Ensure quality deliverables aligned with banking domain standards
🔹 Mandatory Skills
4–7 years of experience in:
COBOL
CICS
JCL (Job Control Language)
Mainframe Technologies
Minimum 2+ years of Hogan experience (any module/application)
4+ years in Banking/Financial domain (mandatory)
Strong experience in:
Software design & development
SDLC methodologies
Agile frameworks

Experience in Hogan IDS
