Job Title: HIL Dspace Engineer

Role:
Responsible for the setup, configuration, and commissioning of Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) systems for ECU testing and validation.
Responsibilities
Configure and commission HIL systems (dSPACE, ETAS, NI)
Integrate ECUs with HIL rigs and validate connectivity
Develop and execute test cases for system validation
Perform signal mapping, I/O configuration, and fault simulation
Debug issues in hardware, software, and communication (CAN, LIN)
Support automation using tools like CANoe, ControlDesk, or TestStand
Collaborate with development and validation teams
Requirements
Experience in HIL setup and commissioning
Strong knowledge of ECU systems and automotive networks (CAN, UDS)
Familiarity with tools: dSPACE / ETAS / NI / CANoe
Basic programming/scripting (Python, C, or CAPL)
Understanding of embedded systems
Qualification
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Electronics, Electrical, or related field
Nice to Have
AUTOSAR (BSW/MCAL) knowledge
Test automation experience
Exposure to OTA or diagnostics
