Job Description

Lead end-to-end design and development of complex equipment such as vacuum systems, gas delivery systems, and thermal systems.
Drive product innovation, benchmarking, and technology differentiation to build globally competitive equipment.
Lead multidisciplinary engineering across mechanical, process, instrumentation, electrical, and control systems.
Leverage CAD, CFD, ANSYS, and simulation-driven engineering to optimize product performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team while collaborating with supply chain, manufacturing, customers, and global technology partners.
Support vendor development, product validation, and technology transfer to strengthen the local engineering ecosystem.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering with 15+ years of experience in equipment design and product development. The individual should have proven expertise leading the complete product design lifecycle, from concept development through engineering, validation, and manufacturing, while managing multidisciplinary engineering teams. Strong hands-on experience with CAD, CFD, ANSYS, thermal and flow simulations, along with exposure to vacuum systems, gas delivery systems, semiconductor equipment, process equipment, or similar complex engineered systems, is essential. Experience working with global customers, technology partners, and vendor ecosystems will be highly preferred.

Candidate should be open to a 6-day work week and travel approximately one week every month.
