Hardware Verification Engineer

Position: Hardware Design Verification/Test Engineer
Location: San Jose, CA - Onsite


Roles & Responsibilities
:Participate on a project team of engineers involved in hardware development and testing
.Define system-level Design Verification Test procedures
.Perform complex system-level unit and integration testing
.Debug and mitigate complex system-level issues
.Collaborate with hardware design, software/diagnostic, and manufacturing test engineers to develop and execute product test strategies
.Develop test scripts, execute testing, and drive issues to resolution for successful manufacturing release
.Leverage automation to improve test coverage and productivity
.Document test plans, procedures, and reports
.Support field issue root cause analysis and customer escalations
.Minimum Qualifications
:BSEE/CE with 0–1 years of experience
.Hands-on experience with electrical test and measurement equipment
.TCL, Python, or similar scripting experience (mandatory)
.Desired Skills
:Strong hardware and script debugging skills
.Knowledge of networking fundamentals, routing, switching, VLANs, and VRFs
.Understanding of hardware architecture and OSI networking concepts
.Familiarity with Fiber Optics and Ethernet cable test infrastructure
