Job Title: Senior Hardware Engineer / Lead Hardware Engineer
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 6–12 Years
Domain: Engineering (Automotive / Embedded / Industrial / Mobility)
Job Summary:
We are looking for experienced Hardware Engineers to design, develop, and validate high-performance electronic hardware systems across automotive, embedded, and industrial product domains. The role demands strong expertise in schematic design, board bring-up, and end-to-end hardware development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop analog & digital hardware circuits for embedded systems
Develop schematics, PCB layouts, and interface definitions
Perform board bring-up, debugging, and validation testing
Work on high-speed designs, power electronics, and mixed-signal systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Firmware, Mechanical, Testing)
Conduct root cause analysis and failure debugging
Ensure design compliance with quality, safety, and industry standards
Support prototype development and product lifecycle management
Key Skills & Expertise:
Strong understanding of Analog & Digital Electronics
Hands-on with schematic tools (Altium, Cadence, OrCAD, Mentor Graphics)
Experience in PCB design & layout review
Knowledge of interfaces/protocols: SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, Ethernet
Exposure to power supply design, signal integrity, EMI/EMC
Experience in board bring-up, validation, and debugging tools (Oscilloscope, Logic Analyzer)
Strong knowledge of component selection, datasheets, and hardware testing
Domain Experience (Preferred):
Automotive (ECU, ADAS, EV systems)
Industrial Embedded Systems
Consumer Electronics / IoT
Educational Qualification:
B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical or related field
Good to Have:
Exposure to functional safety standards (ISO 26262)
Experience in DFMEA, reliability testing
Knowledge of embedded firmware basics
Customer-facing or end-to-end product ownership experience
