We’re working with an early-stage team building next-gen automated manufacturing systems. This is a hands-on, 0→1 role focused on designing and deploying real-world robotic systems.

What you’ll do
Own mechanical design of robotic systems (structures, tooling, end-effectors)
Design and build automated workcells for production environments
Lead integration of mechanical systems with controls and software
Prototype, test, and iterate on mechanisms and assemblies
Support on-site installs, debugging, and system optimization

What they want
4–10 yrs in mechanical design for robotics or automation
Experience with mechanisms, actuators, or robotic tooling
Strong CAD skills (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, etc.)
Experience taking systems from concept → build → deployment
Comfortable working in fast-paced, small teams

Not a fit if
You’ve only worked on one narrow component
Your work is mostly simulation or non-physical systems
