Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Hardware Engineer-related occupation.
Position requires 2 years of experience in the following:
Design and validation of hardware systems and subsystems
Printed Circuit Board (PCB) design for signal integrity
Specialized PCB design in high-speed routing
Systems architecture design for high speed interconnect design
Troubleshooting and debugging or root cause analysis of hardware

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000 - $189,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

Analyze hardware and electrical systems to identify flaws, debug key issues, and suggest corrective solutions.
Optimize complex components, circuits, and systems to meet performance, power, and cost requirements.
Review electrical designs, including schematics, layouts, and BOMs, to anticipate and address potential risks.
Perform electrical simulations and measurements to validate that designs meet established specifications.
Provide clear documentation of designs, implementation details, and test results throughout the product lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and implement design improvements.
