RTL design & simulation (VHDL, Verilog, SystemVerilog)
Develop UVM test environments
Perform:
Static timing
Linting
CDC analysis
Support DO-254 certification (DAL-A)
Participate in FAA audits
Manage full hardware lifecycle:
Requirements � Design � Synthesis � P&R
Provide technical & process guidance to offshore teams
Requirements

Strong FPGA/ASIC verification experience (5+ years minimum)
Experience with DO-254 documentation & processes
Ability to mentor & coordinate remote teams
Strong communication skills
